The official White House website at www.WhiteHouse.gov launched a new version of their website on Saturday built on the Drupal open source content management system (CMS). The White House joins a growing list of major websites now running on the platform. We at Digital Stax have been using Drupal as our CMS of choice since our inception.

Search engine optimization, often referred to as SEO, is the process of improving a website’s ranking in search engines for particular keywords. For example, a barber shop in Springfield, Missouri might want to rank high for the keywords “barbers springfield mo,” and the SEO professional that they hire would conduct an SEO campaign with the hopes of accomplishing this goal.

KFC used to say that they “do chicken right.” At Digital Stax, we do websites right. Ok, that’s cheesy. I’ll stop this right now and not go on about our “finger lickin’ good” content management systems. But the message I want to get across is that we take the time to craft a product that works well and is something you will be proud of.
